Grandiose visit at the Cale headquarters by the daughter of Cale’s founder

In connection with the recording of the Cale 60 year’s celebration film, the daughter of the founder Carl-Axel Andersson, Birgitta Farkas, today on the 31st March 2015, visited the Cale headquarters in Kista.

Not only Birgitta Farkas was present at this remarkable visit, but also her husband Bela Farkas and the board member of Cale, Torkel Härdeman.

All of the above mentioned have been active within Cale for a long time and both new and more long-standing members of the staff were honoured to meet such ”celebrities”, who have played a very important role in the history of Cale. We are also very glad that they took their time to take part in the recording of this celebration film.

Birgitta Farkas worked with economics at the Cale Industri between 1961 and 1999. Bela Farkas worked as production- and technical manager between 1963 and 1999, when he purchased the factory, ParkoPrint, from the Cale Group. Bela Farkas acted as managing director for the factory until January 2007, when it was acquired by the AQ Group.

Torkel Härdeman was the managing director of Cale between 1978 and 2010.

In the pictures you will also see Cale’s present managing director, Anton Kaya, who joined the company in 2001.

Cale was founded in 1955 and started as a company manufacturing the first parking meters in Sweden. The company has developed immensely since, and is today a leading, global supplier of parking systems and payment solutions.
